    HEY vAMSHI REDDY! the explanation is here! when the clock i/p is 0 Qa=0
    clock i/p is 1 Qa=1
    clock i/p is 2 Qa=1
    clock i/p is 3 Qa=0
    so from the given option above "d" is correctly matching kva!
