I1 fed with logic 1
I2 fed with logic 1
I3 fed with logic 0
Hence in order to select I1 or I2 we can have combinations either Q=0 P=1 for I1 and Q=1 P=0 for I2. So we can represent this easily by XOR between P and Q. Hence F=XOR(P,Q). :)
